Ride to Syston
This Sunday 31st August a totally FREE EVENT (we like free)
Live bands, Jugglers, Fire Eaters, BBQ, Children’s games and Scooter Sounds all by the canal side at the HOPE & ANCHOR Pub Wanlip Road, Syston, LE7 1PD.
There is a ride out leaving from Nottingham Knight Pub at 11.30am for anyone who is riding down the A606 and the A46 from the Notts, Mansfield and Derby areas.

Head down the A46 to the Hobby Horse pub and turn right at the roundabout and then first left where you will see the Hope and Anchor Pub. (Directions courtesy of Zak of LSA fame so if you get lost blame him lol).

Hi all - just like to congratulate all involved in watlerstock part 5.A fantastic weekend once again and for raising such a huge amount of money for Ashgate Hospice.Once again my apoligses that I was unable to attend the whole weekend but managed a couple of hours on saturday afternoon.Sorry to have missed those who had already left to get ready for village hall do.Kevin (watler)would have been so proud - thanks everyone for all your efforts and wish you many more years of continuing success of future watlerstocks.

Unfortunately I missed Friday & Saturday due to other commitments but I was fortunate enough to make the ride out to Ashgate Hospice on Sunday.
Thankyou for a good day & your hospitality . I managed to entice the missus on the back of the scoot & even she enjoyed the day.

Just a quick message to say how much all our members who attended your 'watlerstock do' enjoyed themselves, and how well organised and friendly the day was, and how fantastic it was that such a massive amount had been raised for a great cause. keep up the good work, how do you top that next year? cheers again, MERLINS S.C, worksop

Hi there Andy,
In responce to your earlier post, we have not yet created a flyer/poster for our Christmas Event at the end of november.
How-ever the venue and date has been confirmed.
29th November 2008 - Hasland Village Hall.
Hope ya can make it, and we'll be working on the promotions (flyers, posters) shortly now watlerstock is over.
You'll see them on the website soon!
